Very Good

Staff was VERY friendly! He was super helpful and super kind. We had checked in very late because of our flight and he was there waiting for us with a smile. Definitely worth the budget friendly price.

It was hard to find. No toilet paper provided. No shower head.

Location is fine but you have to know you're outside of the old town. I could get in and out on my own. Restaurants and many shops around. Fridge available. Value for money.

Feels a bit locked inside. No kitchen. Not an interesting area, just close to the castle.

Close location to the Shopping mall was perfect, plenty of food options. The room was better than many we had stayed in in Getsemani. Air conditioning.

The pillows were too big / high and were uncomfortable to sleep with. A flatter / softer pillow would be great.

comfortable room , close to the castle & Hansel is super helpful and kind!

the place is under construction so our room had a very strong smell of paint , I wouldn’t so much call it a hostel because there was nowhere to chill out only the bedroom , was noisy at night on the street and you could hear everything through the window

The staff was really nice! And the Guy waited on me to arrive after 10 pm after ny bus was late. I would say you could not get Any better in cartagena for the money!

No wifi, and No internet connection in My sim in My room either. So maybe not the best place to be of you going to be in the room a lot! Maybe a Good thing from the hostal to Invest in some wifi!

Very good

Very clean room. helpfull and friendly host. We could store our luggage. Very good location close the the castle, the mall and the historic centre.

We didn't had a window in the room. The airco worked really good, but it's always nice to let some fresh air in the room.
